Buy store credit

Customers can buy Store Credits right from your Magento 2 Community website. Customers only need to recharge their credit accounts one time and then use it for any future purchases.

When purchasing the store credit, customers will be able to top up the store credit according to their own needs. There are 03 types of Credit Values for customers to choose including Fixed Value, Range of Values and Drop-down Values.

Customers use their Store Credit balance to pay for any purchase on both online sites and at point of sale. Customers can view all of their credit transactions in their account any time later. So it’s easy to keep track of balance updates.

Apart from that, Magento 2 Store Credit program allows your customers to share credit balance with friends. Customers just need to specify the Recipient’s Email and the credit amount. If you wish to, customers can add a personal message to the recipient. One-click on the “send” button & everybody’s happy. Once customer receive the credits, their friends can start spending their balances on any products in your store. Manage Statistics Reports of Store Credit

To know how effective your credit program is, go to your Magento 2 backend, find the Customer Credit Report for more information. You can choose a reported range within the extension. The customer credit performance is nicely displayed in a visual chart so you can get a quick insight and prepare the next steps of your eCommerce management work.
