The Kohl’s Black Friday 2013 ad has leaked! It’s a solid 64 pages long and brags it has over 500 deals within. Instead of delivering doorbusters on Black Friday, Kohl’s is pushing back its opening hours to keep up with other retail giants like recently reformed Macy’s. Be sure to pack up Thanksgiving leftovers early, because there will be plenty of Black Friday shopping competition come Thursday night. Kohl’s Black Friday Deals from 2012
Kohl’s consistently brings you low prices on items ranging from jewelry to bedding, shoes to clothing. Even if you’re not already regularly redeeming your Kohl’s cash coupons, you can stop by any time of the year to cash in on Kohl’s seemingly never-ending sales. With such a steady savings track record, it’s no surprise that Kohl’s rolled out 64 pages of savings opportunities for their 2012 Black Friday ad scan.
Kohl’s broke down their pricing based on time of day you decided to do your holiday shopping, which relieves the stress of pulling an all-nighter to get everything done in one morning. “Early Bird” Black Friday deals typically fell within the 50%-60% off range. If you decided to shop after the 1pm cutoff, you could expect deals from30%-50% off. Savings for “Night Owl” shoppers, or those who shopped between 3pm and midnight, encountered more variable sale prices. Nonetheless, you could easily find sales that matched those early on in the day.

- 55%-60% + 15% off all fine and silver jewelry (deal also carries over for night owls)
- 10%-33% + 10% off all kitchen electrics
- 60% off all dresses from infants to girls sizes

- 50% off all Fisher Price, Playskool and Step 2 toys
- 40%-60% off boots for the family
- $49.99 Croft & Barrow sports coats for men
- 60%-65% off luggage
Despite last year’s fantastic deals, Kohl’s saw a 5.6% drop in their Black Friday sales in 2012. Kohl’s attributed that drop to their customers’ preference for shopping online. No matter what the reason for Kohl’s sales slump (which was also typical of other large retail stores), Kohl’s savings are definitely worth pursuing if you’re on a budget this holiday season.
